Colorists Urgently Needed

Estrus Entertainment, an adult media start up, is looking for individuals to color one or more comics for release on the internet and in print. Please review the following before applying:

- Amateurs are more than welcome to apply. We at Estrus Entertainment recognize that many talented individuals have not yet reached professional status. We're more interested in what you're capable of doing than in what you've already done. We do, however, expect your work to be consistent and timely.

- All of our comics are ADULT in nature. Many of our comics contain explicit sexual and/or graphically violent material. In addition, all comics will be featured on our main web site which contains explicit sexual material in a variety of formats. Taboos do not concern us and much of our material is suited to fetish audiences. If you are not prepared to work on projects of this nature, please do not apply.

- Both short term and long term projects are available. All of our comic projects will be released on our main web site according to a regular update schedule. While some of these projects are suited to ongoing internet and serial publication, most have a determined ending and will be eventually offered in printed graphic novel format. Colorists chosen for short term projects will be considered before new applicants for future projects. If you have a preference between short and long term projects, please state so in your application.

- At this time, all colorists will be paid on a percentage basis. This percentage will be determined by individual negotiation and is based on project specific print and merchandise sales. Regular staff positions may become available as the company grows. If you have established percentage rates, please state them in your application email. Additionally, should you be unavailable for or unwilling to accept a future staff position, please let us know.

3 - Complete no more than 3 full color renderings of the file for submission. Only one color rendering is required, CMYK format is preferred.

4 - Email your completed graphics file(s) to: creator@betapwned.com along with any information you wish to share with us.


Colorists will be chosen by committee and notified by email. Once chosen, colorists will be given access to all project files and negotiations will begin.
